TENFOUR’s debut collection is a homage to the brand owners and their experience. It is inspired by summer in the south of France and created to modernize and reimagine the Marseilles necklace. The Marseilles necklace is a long strand of gold beads that resemble a pearl like shape. The origin story of the necklace goes back to the 18th century. At that time, people would use any profits from work to purchase the beads. The length and size of a necklace could measure a lady's savings. These necklaces were passed down from generation to generation, and they never left the house for safety. This collection was designed with the same sentiment in mind. Pieces that will live on and be passed down.
