Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

USA: Delivery takes an additional 2-5 business days.

International: Delivery takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship internationally. To make the process seamless, all orders outside of the U.S. are shipped as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning the total shipping cost includes local VAT and import duties. Import duties and taxes vary by country, and you can find a breakdown of the actual costs in the shipping section at the bottom of the order form. At this time, we only offer DDP delivery for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: At this time, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at customercare@tenfourjewelry.com with your order number and photos of the item, and we will do our best to replace it or find a suitable solution.

Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: We do not accept exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist you with a replacement. See our return policy for more details.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

A: Once an order is placed, we are typically unable to make changes, including modifications to the delivery address or cancellations. However, if you notice a mistake, please contact us at customercare@tenfourjewelry.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will make every effort to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed.

Q: How should I care for my TENFOUR products?

A: To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, specific care should be taken to avoid alteration or damage. TENFOUR advises the following: Remove jewelry before engaging in any kind of sports. Remove jewelry when applying skincare products (makeup, sunscreen, perfume, hairspray, etc). Remove jewelry before taking a shower or entering the pool or ocean. Chlorine, shampoo, soap, and salt water can all tarnish your jewelry. Exposure to water, sweat, perfumes, soaps, and other chemicals can tarnish gold-plated jewelry. The gold layer of your plated jewelry can wear off over time, exposing the sterling silver base. Remove your jewelry before going to bed. Keep your jewelry dry at all times. If it does get wet, wipe it with a soft cloth or paper towel. Store your jewelry carefully and separately in the box provided when not in use. Follow the TENFOUR® care tips mentioned above to preserve your jewelry.
