Q: What is your return policy?

A: At this time, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at customercare@tenfourjewelry.com with your order number and photos of the item, and we will do our best to replace it or find a suitable solution.

Q: Can I exchange an item?

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

A: Once an order is placed, we are typically unable to make changes, including modifications to the delivery address or cancellations. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will make every effort to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed.
